How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders placed in Ireland can take up to 5 business days.
Orders placed in the USA can take up to 10 business days.
How do I create an account?
Simply click on the “MY ACCOUNT” button at the top of the website.
You’ll be able to create a personalised account and also login to your current account.
How do I change my shipping address?
If the product hasn’t been shipped – then we can happily change the delivery address.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and packed – you will receive an email with the shipping details including the tracking details of your order.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No. We have no access to your credit cards. They will go directly to either PayPal or Square depending on your payment preference.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is included in the price of all items.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Ireland and the USA.

Will my items come in one package?
Your order will be delivered in one package.
If an item suddenly becomes unavailable – we will refund you the cost of that item.
Returns and Exchanges - If you need to swap an item
What is your returns policy?
Refunds on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at RONNEFELDT WORLD OF TEA discretion according to RONNEFELDT WORLD OF TEA terms for the refund.
