Frequently asked Questions
Orders placed for Ireland can take up to 5 business days. Orders placed for the UK can take up to 7 business days. Orders placed for the USA can take up to 10 business days. However, due to courier times and delays that are out of our control, it can take a little bit longer. We have no control regarding couriers, so please get in touch for any updated information – please check your portal for tracking the delivery that has been sent to you.
Refunds on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at RONNEFELDT WORLD OF TEA discretion according to RONNEFELDT WORLD OF TEA terms for the refund.

Your order will be delivered in one package. If an item suddenly becomes unavailable – we will refund you the cost of that item.
