Water Temperature:	80ºC
Brewing Time:	Step 1 : Boil fresh water that is as soft as possible. Allow the water to cool down to approx. 80 °C: Open the kettle and wait approximately 10 minutes. Step 2: Put approximately 1 g of Matcha (2 bamboo spoons or ½ teaspoon) in a Matcha bowl. Pour in approx. 80 ml water (80 °C). Step 3 : Beat the tea in a zigzag pattern with a matcha whisk for at least 15 seconds. Do not touch the bottom of the bowl. Use matcha powder as fresh as possible and store in the refrigerator in the original packaging.
