The “light of the star” (Hoshinohikari) is one of the most elegant of its kind. With its subtle tartness and its intensely soft taste, as well as the rich abundance and an interesting freshness, it is characterised by something particularly glamorous. Tamaryokucha means something like “round rolled tea”.
